They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee, based in Madrid, but providing services to their global organization.
Description of the position: We’re looking for an Enterprise AI Program Manager for its global operations in Madrid. As Enterprise AI Program Manager, you will have a direct impact on the company’s innovation strategy, orchestrating generative AI projects from concept through to production deployment. You’ll work closely with technical and business teams to turn technical advances into real-world solutions that deliver value. This role blends strategic vision, technical leadership, and project management in a context where your work will enable AI to be deeply integrated into our enterprise processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities and tasks:- Lead end-to-end Agentic AI projects: Coordinate initiatives from concept (use case, scope, feasibility) through production deployment and monitoring.
- Align Enterprise AI initiatives with business strategy: Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI adds value and competitive advantage. Translate AI capabilities into functional solutions that meet real business needs.
- Ensure cross-functional and governed AI adoption: You will make sure AI is not an isolated effort by a single team, but a capability embedded across the entire organization.
- Agile project management in coordination with our PMO: Plan and manage projects using agile methodologies, setting roadmaps, timelines, and clear milestones. Identify and mitigate risks throughout execution.
- Technical oversight and quality assurance: Validate proposed technical solutions, in coordination with our technology partners and other IT Teams, and ensure best practices in AI development. Review architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- AI governance and ethics: Champion responsible AI practices in coordination with our Security and Compliance Team. Implement policies and controls to ensure AI solutions meet ethical, security, and regulatory standards. Oversee safe operation of autonomous agents, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Continuous innovation: Keep the team and company up to date with the latest AI trends. Research and pilot new approaches leading proof-of-concept projects. Propose new AI applications that could become future initiatives and act as an internal evangelist for AI.
Working Experience:- Strong experience in AI and automation:
- Minimum 3-5 years leading or developing AI and automation projects (Power Platform or similar).
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models and preferably knowledge of autonomous agent systems (Copilot Studio, AI Foundry and similar).
- Strategic vision:
- Ability to identify how AI creates business value.
- Capable of prioritizing AI initiatives based on impact and aligning AI roadmaps with company goals.
- Team leadership and management: Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and collaborating across departments.
Not mandatory but preferred:- Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and experience implementing responsible AI practices.
- Experience deploying generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Soft skills:- Communication skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
Education and Training:- Bachelor's Degree or vocational training qualification: Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications: Not mandatory but preferred- Certifications in cloud AI engineering (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud ML Engineer).
Languages:- Spanish: Very good Business Spanish required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
- English: Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
Job Conditions:
Job location: Tres Cantos (Madrid). European Union nationality otherwise EU/Spain work permit required as a prerequisite.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, as internal employee.
Salary: Depending on qualification and experience.
Work from home: Hybrid working model including the possibility of working from home (70%) but according to the specific needs that may arise from the perspective of project development, department, clients, and/or partners.
